Hello, I am seeking any expressions of interest from individuals or businesses that may be interested in employing the services of a Private Thoroughbred Trainer or Stable Manager for their enterprise.

 

* More than ten years of training experience in Australia, having trained winners in four mainland states of Australia.

 

*Being a capable rider as well as having the ability to educate and pre train young horses gives me all round abilities that may suit a stud or breeding farm with their own self contained facilities.

 

*Have successfully bred, raised and marketed my own foals and yearlings.

*Willing to relocate anywhere within Australia or internationally for the right offer and ideally would like an agreement with a minimum time frame of 2 – 5 years.

 

*Being a highly motivated person I have a lot to offer the right individual or organization in a venture of this kind.

  • Daily care and management of horses in training.

  • Saddling horses for daily exercise programs

  • Swimming and Treadmilling horses as part of their daily exercise programs.

  • Preparing feeds and administering treatments.

  • Recording daily horse records on Prism stable management software.

2002 - 2012.    Professional Thoroughbred Horse Trainer, Victoria & South East Queensland.

 

  • First started out as an Owner Trainer at Hamilton, Victoria in 2002.

  • Trained my first winner, a horse called "Romantico" at Ararat, Victoria on 29/11/2002.

  • Commenced training in a professional capacity on the Gold Coast, QLD (2004).

  • Spent several months in Hamilton, Victoria (2009), Toowoomba, QLD (December 2009) and Caloundra, QLD (2011) training and racing.

  • Have trained winners in four different mainland states of Australia.

  • Overall management and training of own and syndicated Thoroughbreds.

  • Devised and implemented appropriate feeding and conditioning programs.

  • Planning and overseeing construction of stables and horse property.

  • Sound  veterinary knowledge combining  good practical skills.
